Returns Policy

While RV Broadband Solutions LLC staff works hard to provide an accurate estimate of signal strength. There are many factors that will determine a customer’s signal strength. We do provide a refund of the equipment minus a $50.00 SIM restocking fee for customers who do not receive more than 4Mbps of Download speed. We do not refund data.

Antennas and cables are also non-refundable. Antennas and cables including but not limited to the 18 DBI Mimo, the 12 DBI Yagi, 14 DBI Yagi, the MOAB, The Little Rocket, indoor Mimo, and replacement Jackals are not refundable. If the outdoor antennas have NOT been installed, management will assess equipment and may choose to honor a partial refund. Restocking fees will be applied. 

For customers who are eligible for the refund policy the customer must send an e-mail with “Return Request” in the subject line to, admin@safarisolutionsllc.com, within the 14-day trial basis. The customer will be e-mailed a pre-paid shipping label and the equipment must be returned in the original packaging to include the bubble wrap. Once returned and inspected for condition and working order we will process your refund.

We ship via UPS Ground and while we will ship to virtually any address in the world. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes and some products cannot be shipped internationally. You may be charged higher shipping cost for equipment sent outside the continental United States. Please allow 7-14 Business Days for processing and 1-5 Business Days for the delivery of your internet equipment (router, antenna, lightning arresters, LMR, etc.).
